This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for bookings made through our website.
1. General Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are available for bookings that meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@quicktrails.com. Include your booking details and the reason for the cancellation.
2. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- Hotels & Homestays booking:
- 100% refund of advance amount on cancellation of reservation before 30 days of arrival
- 50% refund of advance amount on cancellation of reservation within 30 to 15 days before arrival
- 0% refund of advance amount on Cancellation of reservation within 14 days before arrival
- Tour Package booking
- Advance amount made to car provider is non-refundable.
- For hotel/homestay, refund will be as per “Hotel & Homestays booking”
- If any kind of govt permit is required, and already processed, it cannot be refunded.
- After making advance payments to hotel / homestays, if any amount is left, QuickTrails will refund the same
Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel/homestay policy and car providers.
In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
3. Processing Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking.
- Refund Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Advance amount made to car provider is non-refundable.
- Additional Fees: Any additional fees (e.g., processing fees, transaction fees, permit charges) are non-refundable.
5. Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
