30% has to be paid to confirm the booking to secure the reservation. The booking amount is non-refundable.

Rest of the balance payment to be made on 1st day after checkin at hotel/homestay

 

Payment Methods

Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit cards. Bank charges, if any, are to be borne by the client.

 

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making bookings.
  • Guests need to produce Govt issued ID card during check-in at hotel/homestay.
  • For special areas like north Sikkim / Nathula / Tsomgo Lake/ Zero Point/ Gurudongmar Lake requires permit and Extra Permit Charges. Guests are requested to carry passport sized photographs and photocopies of Govt issued ID card while travelling. Aadhaar is not acceptable in Sikkim. 
  • Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
  • Guests must not damage homestay / hotel / cab property. If found, necessary actions will be taken

 

Notable Details

  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, political unrest, or government restrictions, Quicktrails (Indiequickend LLP) is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling charges.
  • If need to take a diverted long route for political unrest / land slide / road blockage / natural disasters / VIP movements / no entry by authority, then extra cab charges will be applicable, which may increase the tour cost.

Group Tour Cancellation Policy

  1. A booking for any Group Tour is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
  2. The advance payment is strictly non-refundable. If a traveler cancels the trip for any personal reason, no refund of the advance amount will be provided under any circumstances.
  3. No refund will be issued for any unused services, missed departures, or if a traveler leaves the tour before its completion.
  4. Payments made towards train tickets, flight tickets, hotel reservations, permits, or any other third-party services are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers.
  5. In the event of natural disasters, road closures, political unrest, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances, QuickTrails reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary as necessary. Such situations will not entitle the traveler to a refund.
  6. By confirming the booking and making the advance payment, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
